MAGICAL SMOKE BUNDLE OF HAPPINESS
This mix is essentially white Californian sage wrapped with various dried flowers that vibrate on the frequency of joy, friendship, happiness, and well-being. The flowers included in this happiness bundle are carnations, daisies, and other colorful blossoms.
 
This bundle will remove stagnant energy from our surroundings and fill the space with happiness and contentment. It is used in the same way as classic white sage, and during smudging you can silently or out loud speak affirmations of love and joy according to your own intention.
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Light the white sage, then extinguish the flame by gently waving it until it smolders on its own. Hold the bundle in your dominant hand and move through your home or apartment, starting from the back of the space and moving toward the front (entrance).
Smudge around doors in a clockwise direction following the shape of the frame. Stop at each window and do the same, as well as for every door. When approaching furniture, move the bundle above and below it. Hold a bowl or ash catcher underneath the sage to catch any falling ashes.
Then open the windows to allow the negative energy to leave the space while smudging.
As you move through the room, you may say out loud:
“I wish for this space to be cleansed of everything that no longer serves its highest purpose, and may peace, happiness, and joy enter this space.”
Ask for the space and yourself to be cleared of any unwanted energetic attachments or thought patterns that no longer serve you.
Afterward, extinguish the sage by gently pressing it into a heat-safe container. The bundle can be saved for future use.
 
The most favorable time for energetic cleansing of a space is during the new moon each month, as this marks the beginning of a new energetic cycle. Traditionally, spaces are also cleansed before major holidays such as Christmas and Easter.
With sage smoke, negative energies are also cleared from a person’s energetic field, allowing them to shine in their pure spiritual essence, untouched by external influences.
