7 CHAKRA INCENSE STICK
 
White sage combined with dried multicolored roses, where each color represents a different chakra or energy center of the body.
This incense helps to balance the chakras, strengthen the aura, and cleanse stagnant energies that no longer serve us.
 
The roses also bring peace, love, and understanding into the space.
It is perfect for use before or after meditation, yoga, or any spiritual ritual. It can also be used simply to cleanse a space, yourself, or objects.
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Light the incense stick, then extinguish the flame by gently waving it until it smolders on its own. Hold the stick in your dominant hand and move through your home or apartment, starting from the back of the space and moving toward the front (entrance).
Smudge around doors in a clockwise direction following the shape of the frame. Pause at each window and do the same, as well as at every door. When approaching furniture, move the bundle above and below it. Hold a bowl or ash catcher underneath the sage to catch any falling ashes.
Then open the windows to allow negative energy to leave the space during the cleansing.
 
As you move through the room, you may say:
“I wish this space to be cleansed of everything that no longer serves its highest purpose, and may peace, happiness, and joy enter this space.”
 
Ask for both the space and yourself to be cleared of any unwanted energetic attachments or thought patterns that no longer serve you.
Afterward, extinguish the sage by gently pressing it into a heat-safe container. The bundle can be saved for future use.
 
The most favorable time for energetic cleansing is during the new moon each month, as it marks a new energetic cycle. Traditionally, spaces are also cleansed before major holidays such as Christmas and Easter.
 
With sage smoke, negative energies are also cleared from a person’s energetic field, allowing them to return to their pure spiritual essence, untouched by external influences.
