All ingredients and herbs are included, along with a PDF sent to your email with instructions and guidance on performing the spell. Place it on a windowsill, in your office, bedroom, or carry it with you.
 
I recommend cleansing it regularly using smoke, salt, or your own energy, especially if you use it often. During the full moon, place the spell jar in moonlight to recharge the crystals. To amplify its energy further, hold it in both hands while meditating or visualize your intention over it for 5–10 minutes whenever you feel called.
